CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and are happy to assist with rescheduling when proper notice is provided.
    •    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
    •    Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service charge (first occurrence).
    •    No-call/no-shows or cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.These charges apply because late changes prevent us from filling your reserved appointment time.Repeated Cancellations:
Clients who cancel, reschedule, or no-show three consecutive times may no longer be accepted for future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • If you are running late, please call or text us at (312) 929-3531.
    •    Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened or modified service.
    •    In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation (100% charge applies).

APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENT POLICY

    •    A valid credit card on file is required to secure all appointments.
    •    By booking an appointment, you authorize YA Skin Studio to charge applicable cancellation, no-show, or policy-related fees in accordance with this policy.
    •    Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your service.
Credit Card Surcharge
    •    A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions.
    •    This surcharge reflects our cost of processing and is not greater than our actual processing fees.
    •    No surcharge is applied to debit card or cash payments.
    •    The surcharge will be clearly disclosed prior to payment. By providing a credit card for payment, you acknowledge and agree to this surcharge.

SERVICE PACKAGES & PREPAID SERVICES POLICY

    •    All services, packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are final sale and non-refundable.
    •    Prepaid services cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred, unless otherwise stated.
    •    All services must be used within the designated timeframe, if applicable.

Once a service has been partially or fully used, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.Unused services may only be considered for studio credit at the sole discretion of YA Skin Studio, and only if no portion of the service has been used.In the event that a client violates studio policies or is dismissed, any remaining prepaid services, packages, or memberships may be forfeited, to the extent permitted by law.

RETURN POLICY (RETAIL PRODUCTS)

We are committed to recommending products tailored to your skin needs.
    •    If you have received a professional consultation and experience an adverse reaction, you may return a lightly used product within 30 days for:
    •    Store credit, or exchange for another product.
• No cash refunds will be issued.
    • Products purchased without a prior consultation are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• YA Skin Studio reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

ONLINE PURCHASES

By purchasing from yaskinchicago.com, you acknowledge and agree:
    •    You are responsible for your product selections.
    •    Results are not guaranteed without a professional consultation.
    •    For any reactions, please contact studio@yaskinchicago.com with photo documentation, receipt, and original packaging (including lot number).

GIFT CARDS

    •    All gift card purchases are final sale.
    •    Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    •    Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by Illinois law.
    •    YA Skin Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE

YA Skin Studio reserves the absolute right to refuse, deny, or discontinue service at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion, for legitimate business, safety, or medical reasons.This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
    •    Harassment, intimidation, or disrespect toward staff or clients
    •    Failure to follow studio policies or repeated violations (including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals)
    •    Any condition that, in our professional judgment, may compromise the safety, results, or integrity of the service
    •    Being under the influence or otherwise unfit to safely receive treatment
   • We reserve the right to permanently decline future bookings and terminate the client relationship at any time. Any prepaid services, packages, memberships, or deposits associated with a client who has been refused or dismissed may be forfeited, to the extent permitted by law.
