We are not a chain and there is no membership to cancel. What there is instead is a small studio where the person treating your skin remembers what it did last winter, and adjusts for it.
That matters more than it sounds. Skin changes with age, seasons, medication and stress, and someone who has watched yours through several of those cycles makes better decisions than a first appointment ever can.

Bringing a teenager
Teenage skin needs explaining, not just treating
Most teenagers arrive having already tried six products from a pharmacy shelf, several of which are making things worse. The useful part of the appointment is often the explaining rather than the treatment.
We keep it gentle, we say what we are doing and why, and we send them out with a routine of three or four steps they will actually follow. Parents are welcome to sit in on the consultation and step out for the treatment.

How do I get there from Old Town?
Brown Line to Sedgwick and then east, or the 22 down Clark. Plan on a ride rather than a walk.
We are at 230 E Ohio Street, Suite 112. If you are driving, paid garages sit on Ohio and on Grand within a block. Full directions.
How often should I book a facial?
Every four to six weeks suits most people, which is roughly one skin cycle. That is the rhythm most of our long standing clients settle into.
If you are correcting something specific rather than maintaining, it will be closer together at first and then spread out. Your esthetician will tell you which one you are doing.
Do you see teenagers?
Yes, regularly. Teenage skin is usually a barrier and habit problem layered on top of hormones, and the most useful part of the visit is often explaining which of their six products to stop using.
Parents are welcome in the consultation and can step out for the treatment. We keep it gentle and we do not sell a teenager a course of anything aggressive.
Do you do brows and waxing?
Yes. Threading for brow, lip, chin, sideburn and full face, and brow lamination which sets the shape for six to eight weeks.
For waxing we use a hypoallergenic Italian wax across face and body, Brazilian included. Add any of it to a facial and we will run both in the one appointment.
Are you a med spa or a facial studio?
Both, in practice. Medical spa is one of our listed categories and we run corrective work like DMK enzyme therapy and microneedling, but the day to day is facials, brows and waxing.

What if I need to move my appointment?
Free up to 24 hours ahead (full policy). Inside that a fee applies, since a missed slot in a one room studio cannot be refilled at short notice.
Gift cards can be bought online in any amount and used against any treatment or product.
